Into the #Oracle Universe
Content variety is crucial for creating a lasting campaign and brand impression. In leading this marketing project, I directed, filmed, and edited the commercial video "Into the #Oracle Universe," incorporating dynamic sporty effects and camera movements.
As a result, the jersey campaign evolved beyond a graphic-only soccer project into a fully commercialized marketing execution.
Elias and His City Magic
I discovered that Elias Shadi runs one of the most historically significant and locally beloved merchant stores in the OC region, making him the perfect spokesperson for my team. I directed, filmed, and edited this project.
In the video, I infused extensive "old school" vibes by showcasing numerous vintage jerseys from his store, including collections from the 2010 and 1998 World Cups. I chose West Coast hip-hop as the background music to complement Elias' personality.
Despite Elias being a local legend for 30 years, I was the first person to interview him and create a short film about his story.
Our video garnered a total of 40,000 views across all platforms and became my most-liked content.
The Heroes with Fire
Recognizing the need for broader community engagement beyond soccer, I initiated an interview project with the Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) to enhance authenticity.
I directed, filmed, and edited interviews with firefighters in a tranquil setting, capturing their camaraderie, daily life at the fire station, and motivations for serving.
As a gesture of appreciation, I invited OCFA Station 20 firefighters to a Zeta home game, where the entire crew attended to show their support.
